About Lyda Modiano

I am a certified mediator, facilitator, and expert in corporate communication. For over 30 years, I have held senior leadership and advisory roles, collaborating with executive teams across complex organisations in the finance, education, and non-profit industries.

I am passionate about helping organizations and teams navigate disputes, build alignment around a shared vision, and reach their full potential.

My style is structured and primarily task-focused, guided by ethical clarity and emotional honesty. Naturally curious about people and analytical in my thinking, I bring an inclusive, grounded energy to the room. I create open spaces where people feel safe, heard, and empowered to resolve conflict and move forward.

I founded Wide Strategy Ltd. in 2017. Outside work, I am an enthusiastic outdoors person who enjoys running, hiking, and swimming, preferably in the Aegean Sea. I feel happiest spending time with my three wonderful grandchildren.
