I am passionate about helping organizations and teams navigate disputes, build alignment around a shared vision, and reach their full potential.
My style is structured and primarily solution-focused, guided by ethical clarity and emotional honesty. Naturally curious about people and analytical in my thinking, I bring an inclusive, grounded energy to the room.
